License Seat
One seat = one trader using the desktop app. Buy a 1, 3, 6, or 12-month term — longer terms come with up to 15% off (see below).
Vessel Records
Pay-as-you-go for every vessel that lands on your final list. Vessels removed by your filters (sanctioned, wrong type, excluded company, etc.) are never billed.
Pick your seat term
Same €49/month rate everywhere — pay for a longer commitment up front and we knock a bit off. Renewals continue on the same term, so a 6-month seat renews for 6 months at the same discount.
Per-seat figures. Multiply by your team size at purchase. All amounts in EUR, net.
Marine Time Portal account required
To use QuickFleetFinder you must hold an active Marine Time Portal account on the Silver package or higher, including the Sea Web module with the Movements, Ports, and AutoWatch features.
How billing works, plainly
No fine print. Here is exactly when you are charged and what you receive.
Your License Seat: from €49/month
- Pick the term that fits. 1, 3, 6, or 12 months — paid up front. Longer terms come with a small discount (5% / 10% / 15%); renewals continue at the same term and the same discount.Example: buy a 6-month seat on 5 June for €264.60 (10% off the €294 list price). It renews on 5 December for another 6 months at the same rate. No proration, no surprise mid-term charges.
- Invoice due immediately. Every license purchase is due on the invoice date — the seat can be assigned once it's paid. You receive the PDF invoice and a per-seat License Agreement at the moment of purchase.
- Renewal invoices, 3 working days to pay. Every renewal gives you a 3-working-day grace window from the invoice date. If unpaid past that, only the affected seat is paused; the rest of your team carries on.
- Cancel anytime. Unassign a seat and you are not charged again on the next renewal date. The seat continues to work until its expiry.
Vessel Records: €0.19 per vessel found
- You only pay for vessels that make your final list. Filtered-out vessels do not count towards billing.Example: a search returns 1,200 vessels worldwide; your filters remove sanctioned ships, wrong vessel types, and companies on your exclusion list, leaving 340. You are billed 340 × €0.19 = €64.60, not for the original 1,200.
- Aggregated by calendar month. Every vessel you find from the 1st to the last day of the month rolls into a single monthly invoice.
- PDF invoice issued at month end. A PDF invoice with a full itemised vessel breakdown is generated on the 1st of the following month and emailed to your invoice contacts.
- 3 working days to pay. The due date is printed on every PDF invoice (3 working days from the invoice date). If still unpaid after that, vessel-record access is paused for the whole organisation until the invoice is settled. Your team can resume the moment payment is recorded.
